The Chamber of Commerce Visitors Center (261-3248) is located at the foot of Centre St. next to the railroad car. The building was the Fernandina Beach Railroad Depot, built on the site in 1899 after the original was destroyed by a hurricane in 1898.The Chamber has a wide array of free informative brochures and its staff will be happy to help you in any way they can. The Center is open everyday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The other Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center is located at Gateway to Amelia, on the island near the Shave Bridge on A1A.
