Debi has been involved in Real Estate for over 25 years. Starting as a mortgage loan processor before getting her license in 1992.
Debi helped open Chaplin Williams Real Estate in 1998 before it became Prudential in 2004. Her enthusiastic attitude for finding the right property is evident from the very beginning. Debi grew up on the Island, graduating from Fernandina Beach High school in 1970. She has seen the Island grow into the fantastic place it is today. Debi and her husband Chuck love the Island and the small town feel it still has today. They love taking the top off the jeep and taking their two dogs to local restaurants sitting outside and meeting new people. She never meets a stranger! Chuck is in construction and has built many homes here including their present home in Amelia Park. Her son Brad is also in Real Estate in Jacksonville, Florida as well as having his Broker license in Georgia and South Carolina.
