Most say Brian has fire-in-his belly for Real Estate Technology and Property Management, but we think it may also have something to do with his love for insanely spicy food or it could be his luscious orange hair. (WARNING: You will soon fall into a deep obsession with is hair as we all have!) Who knows what drives him? He's a mysterious fellow . . . that is until his third serving of Fernandina's favorite . . . Pirate Punch. But he does have an old sea captains sense for what is over the real estate horizon or where the next big deal whale is hiding.

Brian first came to Prudential Chaplin Williams Realty eight years ago when he actually applied for the real life position of Computer Geek. When his resume was read here in our offices an audible gasp was heard throughout the halls. Our President then immediately took to the phones and had a two hour conversation with the young buck. After meeting Brian, he was hired instantly. Now many years past that lucky day, Brian has advanced to hold the dual positions of Prudential’s Director of Marketing & Technology and General Manager of Chaplin Williams Rentals. (He likes to remind us that this is actually three jobs . . . But we don't see it.)
