Come To Amelia!
As a long-time property owner and resident of Amelia Island Plantation for many years, I have had the opportunity to serve as past Presidents of Amelia Island Rental Property Association and the Turtle Dines Condominium Association. As a result, I have gained in depth knowledge of the southern area of Amelia Island, which included Amelia island Plantation and Summer Beach communities. My knowledge and love of Amelia Island, my commitment to discovering and meeting clients’ needs and the promise to treat each client with honesty and integrity insures an excellent real estate experience for every client. I become a Graduate of the Florida Association of Realtor’s Realtor Institute in 2005 to better serve the needs of those I represent.
Community service is a joy of mine. As a member of the Fernandina Beach Rotary I supervise the Nassau County school event where all third graders are presented with their own dictionary. I am also on the Rotary’s high school scholarship committee that grants various college scholarships to the qualified Nassau County high school graduates. Annually, I volunteer in the Nassau County’s Taking Stock in Children that contributes to caring about people within our community.
I specialize in Amelia Island properties with an emphasis on resort, second homes and retirement homes within Amelia Island Plantation and Summer Beach.
